Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Cost We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of R120 for all orders across South Africa.

• Note: For extremely heavy battery packs or oversized items, we reserve the right to contact you with a custom shipping quote if the standard rate does not cover the weight.

2. Handling Time (Warehouse Processing)

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

3. Transit Time (Delivery) We use The Courier Guy for all our deliveries. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, the estimated delivery times are:

• Main Centers (JHB, PTA, CPT, DBN): 1–3 business days.

• Regional & Outlying Areas: 3–5 business days.

• Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is collected.

4. Delivery Terms

• We deliver door-to-door. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address between 08:00 and 17:00 to receive the parcel.

• The Courier Guy does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the courier has confirmed delivery via their tracking system.

5. Damaged Shipments Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the box is visibly damaged, please note this on the courier's waybill and contact us within 24 hours
