Returns & Refunds Policy
We sell technical electrical components. To prevent abuse and ensure safety, the following rules apply:

7-Day Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition Requirement: Items must be Unused, Uninstalled, and in Original Packaging.

Note: If a component shows signs of installation (scratches on terminals, solder marks, or heat-shrink removal), the return will be rejected.

Testing Fee: All returned electronic components are subject to a technical inspection. If the item is found to be damaged due to incorrect installation or short-circuiting by the user, no refund will be issued.

Shipping Costs: * Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping to our office. The original shipping fee (R120) is non-refundable.

Faulty Items: If the component is defective (factory fault), we will arrange The Courier Guy to collect it at our expense.

How to start a return: Email us  with your order number and a photo of the item’s current condition.
